Kelli

Kelli is a kind and grounded teacher. She is the proud mom of 3 amazing girls. She lives in the country, surrounded by nature, making maple syrup, gardening (or trying to), and taking walks with her Brittany
Spaniel Josie.
Kelli started her yoga journey in 2015 to help with the transition into being an empty nester. Since then, she has completed her 200 hr YTT, is certified in Yin Yoga, and continues to work on her 300 hr YTT. When guiding her classes, she aims to ensure you feel good when being on your mat – whatever your “feel good” looks like. She will help you bring appreciation and awareness to your body, mind, and all the amazing things it can do for you. This is your body and your practice. Kelli will be grateful to share in
your yoga journey.
