Sweat, sculpt and tone with this full body fusion practice.  A high energy, vinyasa-inspired sculpting class that builds and tones muscle with specific mindful movements while also integrating stretches to increase flexibility and circulation.  By combining both yoga and strength-building exercises, you will challenge your muscles and your mind while taking your practice to a whole new level. 
No experience needed, all levels welcome as we start from where we are. Light hand weights provided, please bring your own yoga mat.
