In this class we will combine movement and breath to really get you into a mindful state. With a combination of reclined, seated and standing poses we will work through the whole body with plenty of opportunities to slow things down or amp them up. This class will be customized to the bodies in the class and focus on the areas of the body, intentions and suggestions that are provided. We will connect our breath to our movement and flow through the class so you can leave feeling refreshed and grounded.
