Kate
Kate Marlow is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT®200) and the proud co-owner and studio manager of Health in Focus Yoga & Wellness. Kate’s yoga journey has evolved many times over the years and she is very excited to embark on this new adventure! Kate is an elementary teacher and curriculum consultant with the Limestone District School Board. She is also a busy mama of 4 human kids, 3 cats and one dog - Eevee - who you will see hanging around the main floor of Health in Focus East! Kate is passionate about making yoga accessible to everyone and offers cues and options for different bodies. She believes that everyone is strong and capable and her classes will help you feel that you are too.
