Yoga for pregnancy is a combination of breath work, movement and meditation. All levels of yoga experience are welcome in this pre-registered series that is specifically for the birthing body. Each class involves moving the body to bring relaxation and release as well preparing the body for birth. There is breath work to help connect with the pelvic floor and learning how this same breathing can assist during labour. This prenatal yoga series is 60 minutes of self love and birth preparation.
